Dr Amy Khor has been the Senior Minister of State at the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment since October 2015, when the Ministry was known as the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources. She was appointed as the Senior Minister of State for Transport in July 2020.
Prior to her current appointments, Dr Khor was Senior Minister of State for Health from September 2013 to July 2020. She was also the Senior Minister of State for Manpower from September 2013 to September 2015.
Her previous appointments in the Singapore Government include Senior Parliamentary Secretary for the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources from May 2006 to October 2010, Minister of State for the Environment and Water Resources from November 2010 to May 2011, Minister of State for Health from May 2011 to August 2013, and Minister of State for Manpower from August 2012 to August 2013.

Jacqui is the founding partner of VSS: Vision Strategy Storytelling, a media company which helps brands get more visibility through innovative video, VR, photography and social media campaigns.
The German national is also a documentary filmmaker and social entrepreneur, who has campaigned for numerous issues including carbon offset projects in the Amazon rainforest and founded the Singapore Eco Film Festival, which focuses solely on environment-related issues. Jacqui was selected as one of the United Nations' "50 Amazing Women of Singapore," and has raised $6 million for a documentary on floating hospitals in Papua New Guinea.
Liu Yan is a social entrepreneur, a system innovator and a learning facilitator. For over 15 years, she has co-founded and led in many innovation ecosystems and platforms in China, the Netherlands, Australia and Southeast Asia, to bring people from different sectors, disciplines and cultures together to listen, to dialogue and to co-create, including the first coworking center Xindanwei, and first bilateral incubator program to gather 200 Australian and Chinese top youth leaders - China Australia Millennial Project.

Eu-Lin leads the Sustainability & Climate Change practice at PwC Singapore. She thinks of herself and her team as enablers in society where they help companies to strategise, implement, report and obtain assurance across a range of climate change and sustainability issues. These include carbon measurement, decarbonisation and net zero pathways, climate risk assessments, Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) strategies, green and sustainable finance, sustainability strategy, ESG due diligence, sustainability reporting, sustainability assurance and verification.
She is a Chartered Accountant by training and believes that accountants have suitable skill sets to help "save the world". She is a regular speaker in the topic of sustainability. Eu-Lin is an accredited Carbon Tax verifier and serves on committees in the Ministry of Sustainability and Environment (Expert Board of Appeals for the Singapore Carbon Pricing Act and the SG Eco-Fund).
Eu-Lin also serves on not-for-profit boards where she is a board member and Audit & Risk Committee Chairman of a healthcare related board and an international school. She is also the board member of an Institute of Higher Learning and the Deputy Chairman of its business school.
